I received an incorrect item. What should I do?Updated 2 years ago
In the event that you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us as soon as possible with the below information:
- Confirm the state the package was received.
- Attach some photos of the incorrect product received, including a close up on the tags with the style information.
Possible solutions:
- If the original item you purchased is in stock, we'll work to send you the correct item.
- If the item is not available, we will create a return request for you to send the incorrect item back. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we'll send out a refund email with your refund details.
Of course, we provide a return label and will ship the correct item at no extra cost.
